2-4 cloves of garlic2 tablespoon basil
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
1/2 lemon, juiced
Put olive oil in pan with garlic and herbs. Strain and rinse one can of white navy beans and add them to the pan. Put salt and pepper and little bit of chicken broth in the pan. Then put in the shrimp and half a dozen cherry tomatoes. And after the shrimp cook, add three handfuls of spinach and stir. Pour in lemon juice. Serve warm. 1 month ago
