Well, I am off to have my lingual frenum lasered off because it is “too tight.” While I heartily disagree with the dentist on this point (ie. I do not have a speech impediment), it can apparently cause more severe problems in the future…wish me luck.
[edit: I would not recommend googling lingual frenum unless you like pictures of tongues. It is that thing that holds your tongue to the bottom of your mouth. Just take my word for it.]
